1. The total clinical effecacy in Chlamydial or Ureaplasmal urethritis (30 cases); Excellent result was obtained in 25 cases(83.3%), good in 3 cases(10.0%); and poor in 2 cases(6.7%), the overall clinical effecacy rate was 93.3%.
(1) Clinical result of Chlamydial and Ureaplasmal urethritis(22 cases: 73.3%): Excellent result was obtained in 19 cases(86.4%), good in 2 cases(9.1%), and poor in 1 cases (4.5%), the overall efficacy rate was 95.5%.
(2) Clinical result of Ureaplasmal urethritis(8 cases: 26.7%); Excellent result obtained in 8 cases(75.0%0), good in 1 case(12.5%), and poor in 1 case(12.5%), the overall efficacy rate was 87.5%.
2. As adverse reaction, mild G I trouble was observed in 3 cases and mild skin eruption in 1 case. No abnormality induced by OFLX was recognized in laboratory findings.
